Ordering from TravelLane Luggage constitutes acceptance of these terms. They operate in addition to, and not instead of, your statutory rights.
Orders and acceptance
A confirmation screen is not acceptance. The sale is made when we despatch the goods and send the shipping email.
Prices and errors
Pricing is in United States dollars. If a price is plainly wrong we contact you rather than ship, and you choose between the correct price and a refund.
Using this site
Images and copy belong to TravelLane Luggage or to the product manufacturers. You may link freely; you may not scrape, mirror or resell the content.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds page, and cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Stock and availability
What the site shows is what is on the shelf. Where the last unit goes twice, we refund and explain rather than sending something similar.
Governing law
Governing law is New York. Disputes are for the New York courts. If part of this document is unenforceable, the balance stands.
