Track Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships. Enter it on the carrier’s page for live updates.

Finding your number

The tracking number is in the dispatch email, and it is also on the order in your account area if you created one at checkout. Orders normally leave us within 1 business day, so a number that has not appeared after that is worth asking about.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel is with USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, allow 2–5 business days. Both figures are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

If something looks wrong

Report any tracking problem to contact@otravellane.shop with your order number. We raise it with the carrier on your behalf.
