Are the bottles carry-on legal?
The bottles listed as TSA-sized are within the standard carry-on limit and are sold with a clear quart bag. Rules are set by the security authority, not by us, so check the current limit before you fly.
Which neck support suits a window seat?
Against a window the head falls sideways, so a deeper collar or a strap that anchors to the headrest works better than a thicker cushion. The listings say which design each product uses.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We charge a flat $7.95, dropping to zero once the subtotal hits $49. Dispatch from New York takes 1 business day; transit takes 2–5 business days.
Can I return an item I opened?
Tell us within 30 days at contact@otravellane.shop. We issue an authorisation, you return the item unused, and the money goes back to the original method inside 3–5 business days.
How do I pay?
You can pay by Cash on Delivery. That list is complete, and we will never ask you to pay another way.
