This page describes the personal information TravelLane Luggage handles, the reason we hold each piece of it, and the process for correcting or deleting it.
What we collect
Checkout collects name, delivery address, email and telephone. Nothing else is mandatory. Registered accounts also hold a hashed password.
Payment information
No card data is stored on this site. The processor handles it under its own compliance regime; we receive nothing but a confirmation.
Who else sees your data
We pass the delivery address to the carrier and the payment to the processor. Beyond that, nothing leaves our systems. We do not trade in customer data.
How long we keep it
Order data lives as long as tax law says and not a day beyond. Marketing contacts are deleted on request. We do not build profiles of customers.
Your rights and how to use them
To exercise any data right, contact contact@otravellane.shop. We confirm within one business day and complete within thirty days, retaining only what the law requires for completed sales.
